CHARACTERISTICS
- VALUE SEAL silicone sealant belongs to RTV-1, good extrusion and thixotropy between 4°C~40°C.Easy to use.
- Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass, concrete, marble, and most kinds of plastic, etc.
- Excellent adhesion, middle modulus, and excellent movement capability.
- Excellent resistance to weather.
- Excellent resistance to low and high-temperature change. Little changes of performance at – 40°C~150°C.
- Excellent adhesive to most common building materials, Special materials will have a better adhesive with priming.
- Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
- Belong to non-dissolvent product, low vulcanization shrinkage and Eco-friendly.
- VALUE SEAL silicone sealant also is a high- performance sanitary silicone sealant containing anti-fungal compounds to prevent mold growth in areas subject to high humidity levels.
RESTRICTION OF USAGE
- Can’t be used as a structural sealant.
- Unsuitable for the surface of all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer, or solvent.
- Unsuitable for the air-proof location because it is required to absorb moisture in the air to cure for the sealant.
- Unsuitable for frosty or moist surfaces.
- Unsuitable for a continually soggy or moist place.
- Can’t be used the product if the temperature is below 4°c or above 40°C on the surface of the materials.
SAFETY
- Non-toxicity when cured.
- Avoid eye contact before curing. If this happened, rinse with water carefully for a count of minutes, then consult with a doctor.
- Keep away from children.
- Ensure adequate ventilation at the workplace or curing area.
